Refund & Return Policy

Return or exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, unaltered and returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Because our products include unstitched fabrics, any fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or altered is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrived damaged, defective or materially different from the ordered item.

For an approved return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable where applicable.
